The primary aim of the Journal of Korean Law is to introduce to foreign jurists distinct problems and developments currently at issue in the Korean legal system. Articles published by JKL primarily address recent developments under progress in the various legal fields of Korean domestic law, including but not limited to civil law, administrative law, commercial law, and constitutional law. Also, numerous articles undertake broad comparative studies of legal issues under development in Korea with those of other major legal systems.
